Supplies and parts for older time clocks
A well-kept time clock can keep working for many years, long after the maker stops selling it. We still carry cards, ribbons, keys and parts for many models that are no longer made. Here is how to find what yours needs.
1. Find your clock's model
The make and model are usually on the front of the clock, or on a label on the back or bottom.
Then look it up in Find supplies by clock. Each clock's page lists everything we carry that fits it.
2. Look for numbers on what you have
Part numbers are often printed right on the old part:
- Time cards: along the bottom or top edge of the card.
- Ribbons: on the ribbon cartridge or spool.
- Keys: stamped on the key itself.
Type the number into the search box at the top of any page.
3. Browse by part
- Time clock ribbons
- Time clock keys
- Time clock motors
- Time clock batteries
- Other parts
- Time cards and time card racks
When it's time to replace the clock
Clocks the makers no longer sell are listed under Discontinued time clocks, each with the supplies we still carry for it. If yours can't be repaired, compare current mechanical and electronic clocks, and check which cards each one takes before you order.
