We ship to addresses in the United States. For anything else, call 888-534-5994 before ordering.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates for your address, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Orders ship by ground service, FedEx Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. The carrier depends on what is in your order (time cards, for example, always ship FedEx Ground); when either carrier can take it, you choose at checkout.

Delivery times

Most customers receive their order within two to five business days anywhere in the United States. Items that need special configuration can take up to four weeks. We'll let you know.

Damaged shipments

Claims for damage in transit are filed with the carrier. Note any damage on the delivery receipt. If you find damage after the driver leaves, call the carrier to inspect it and file a claim, then call us at 888-534-5994 so we can help.

Sales tax

Minnesota sales tax is added to orders shipping to Minnesota, at the rate for your address, on both the items and the shipping charge. Orders shipping to other states are not charged sales tax.
