Defective Items
|
|
Refund or exchange will be given for defective
items if you contact Time Clock World within 7 days of the item arriving at
your location. Prior to issuing credit, refund, or exchange, you must
promptly return the item complete with all accessories, cables, attachments,
manuals, etc., in original packaging. Any missing items will be
charged to you. Please call for a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
before shipping the item back to Time Clock World. |

Wrong Items
|

If we ship you the wrong item Time Clock World will
reship your order without delay at no additional cost to you. You must
call Time Clock World for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and
instructions within 7 days of the item arriving at your location. The
improperly shipped item must be returned to Time Clock World complete with
all accessories, cables, attachments, manuals, etc., in original packaging.
Any missing items will be charged to you. |

Returns
|
|
In order to return a product purchased from Time
Clock World, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by
contacting Time Clock World within 30 days of product purchase. Requests
after the 30th day will be denied.
Time Clock World only accepts items that are unopened or in re-sellable
condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable. If you are returning a software
products or product that contains software, the standard 15% restocking fee
applies, along with any software licensing, registration, or configuration
fees or costs that are incurred by Time Clock World.
Return items must be complete with all original packing, accessories,
cables, attachments, manuals, badges, etc; NO REFUND will be given for those
missing components. Use the original box for shipping and make sure that the
RMA number is printed clearly on the box.
You are responsible for all freight charges to and from Time Clock World.
Original invoiced freight charges will be deducted from refund balance prior
to and other refunds or charge adjustments. Items offered with special
shipping rates or free shipping will utilize the actual shipping cost as the
shipping deduction amount.
All special order items are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund |
